One of the best qualities I can think of in life is knowing when it's time to do something else.
In fact waiting too long can cause resentment and disappointment. It can get sad.
Good news is every choice leads to a new experience and yet more choices. Knowing when it's time to try is key to happiness in many circumstances.

Sometimes it's time to move on, change and do the next thing. For me it's a great thing knowing when that time comes and acting on it...So many of the people I know won't and don't.
Meanwhile, I keep hearing Orlando so it seems like that's where the next thing may be...it's hard to know if the grass is actually greener until you go over the fence!!!

I believe when someone dies they may try to contact us through the use of dreams and electronics.
I lost a friend recently and have now fried 3 phones after having vivid dreams including him.
As I made the podcast, my lights began to flicker...I got a weird chill and it was creepy.
Today is my first day without a phone and boy was it confusing...I have become phone dependent even though I was the last person I know to even get one of the blasted things!!!
Anyway. I hope you enjoy my podcast. I missed you!

Well I coughed one day at my 83 year old mom's house...the next day she said I should get tested.
I was livid that she would consider that I would come to her house if i was sick and I left. Two days later she still hasn't called to see if I'm ok?
I was fine but why wouldn't she call if she thought I had covid??? Well I saw the truth in many layers and decided I need to set a hard boundary.
Sometimes it's hard and scary to hold the line because it feels like it's mean and abusive but really it's abusive the other way.
The situation will improve but the most important thing now is to go through the pain of truth so I can be free.
It's true...The truth shall set you free ... but only if you are brave enough to see it and act on it.

Sometimes it's hard to recognize abuse from a family member because we simply don't want it to be true. But what happens if the denial is finally broken and that rush of heated emotion overwhelms us?
I want to discuss how to get through that painful moment when denial breaks and what to do afterward to protect ourselves from going back into the abuse.
It's very important for good mental health to set those boundaries and keep them guarded.
For me, I can't love someone the way they are unless I know how to protect myself from their sickness. Once I'm free, I can love anyone unconditionally because they can't hurt me.
